dish with other Thai dishes. Pickled ginger of Vanussanun
has no preservatives or any artificial color to make
it more mouth - watering. Yet we keep its natural color so
that our product is obviously different from other brand names.
The consumers, therefore, can confidently and safely enjoy
it. There are 3 formulars, three - flavored pickle
which confains sour, salty, and sweet flavors, the second
is ginger pickled in honey which gives a honey scent, and
the third formula is Sushi ginger which is a typical Japanese
pickle.
